My journey into the world of professional cake making and decoration commenced in early 2020, marking the beginning of a passionate pursuit of culinary artistry. Over the years, I have remained steadfast in my commitment to continuous improvement, consistently enhancing my skills and knowledge.
A noteworthy chapter in my professional development involves the achievement of 'The Buttercream Flower Cake' Certificates, earned at both the basic and advanced levels. These prestigious accolades were obtained through immersive workshops led by the highly regarded Vietnamese cake artist, Minh Phuong Tran of Meungau. Under her guidance, I not only mastered the intricacies of buttercream flower techniques but also imbibed the distinctive style and finesse that define Minh Phuong Tran's renowned artistry.
My journey is marked by a dedication to staying at the forefront of industry trends, demonstrated through active participation in advanced workshops. This ongoing commitment ensures that my creations not only meet but exceed the expectations of clients, reflecting the latest and most refined techniques in the dynamic world of cake artistry.
